It's a steppers tune with a lot of Old Skool Rockers influences, but the mixing is kind of contemporary as modern technology is used.  

The title refers to an experience of Ezekiel, a prophet of old who saw the Most High with his angels and something he referred to as "wheels in wheels". It must have been a spectecular sight.
